Cable access is generously provided by Charter Communications, and is available for academic purposes in Ramsey Library only. Cable viewing is currently limited to:
- Ramsey Library Room 011 - Square D Teleconference Center (capacity 36)
- Ramsey Library Room 101 -Whitman Room (capacity 30)
- Ramsey Library Room 202 (capacity 12)
- Ramsey Library Room 009 (capacity 30)
- Ramsey Library Room 014 - TV Studio
- Ramsey Library Red Oak Room (Conference table/18 chairs, additional side
seating)
- Ramsey Library CITS lobby
- Ramsey Library Cafe.
All programming is scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, pending staffing and room availability. Food and drink are prohibited within the facility. |

| Program Transfer
|
Video, audio, and image transfer of instructional support material, from one format to another, is provided without charge to UNCA faculty and students. Program transfer is also provided for non-academic material to both UNCA and off-campus patrons for a nominal fee. |

| Audio formats include: | |
Compact disc., CD-R, and Cassette. |
| Other formats include: | |
35mm slides, photographs, and transparencies (transferred to video tape). |
