Notes:

These figures are the PRCs of two male snowy tree crickets. The data from the male on the left show a typical type 0 (strong) resetting with only delays in the phase shift of the male at all phases that the stimulus was presented. The other male showed a typical type 1 resetting with phase delays when the stimulus was presented early in the male’s period and phase advances when the stimulus was presented late in the period of the male. Different symbols are for stimuli presented at different intensity levels. Note that for all levels the males showed the same PRC. However, these levels were all well above the hearing threshold of the male. In other experiments with less intense stimuli, the PRC changed with stimulus level.
