Meditation Timers The following MP3 files are simply timers I created to use with my iPod so that I could meditate for a certain period of time without becoming distracted by the time. Each file starts with 30 seconds of silence followed by the sound of a bell ringing. After a certain period of silence the file concludes with the sound of the bell ringing once more. These file sizes are rather large, especially considering that most of each file is simply silence. 5 Minute Meditation Timer10 Minute Meditation Timer 15 Minute Meditation Timer 20 Minute Meditation Timer 25 Minute Meditation Timer 30 Minute Meditation Timer 40 Minute Meditation Timer 50 Minute Meditation Timer 60 Minute Meditation Timer By popular request I've added some longer times, up to 60 minutes.
