Question:
	The 12 hours it takes for the drivers to get to the garage - is that 
	applicable to only the first time we mobilize them, or, if they go 
	home, and come back for a second shift, are we looking at a 24 hour, 12 
	hour, or other time frame for their turnaround?

  Answer:
	Assume that once you "release" a crew from their responsibilites, it 
	will take 12 hours to get them "prepped" for the next go. I believe 
	there's something about this in the Seattle/Snowplow Operators Union
	agreement. Ask Homer Simpson about it, he should know.
