	Can a truck be operated by just one man, or do both members of
	the crew need to be there?

  Answer#1:
	There must be two operators in the truck cab at all times while
	the truck is in operation.

  Question#2:
	If we have a truck on the bridge at all times to keep a watch 
	over it, can we prevent the bridge from being frozen over?  
	Or do we need to wait until the bridge is frozen over to clear it?

  Answer#2:
	A bridge can remain cleared (once it has been completely cleared)
	by keeping a single truck "on scene" with the proper clearing
	equipment and chemicals loaded on the truck. If no truck operates,
	the bridge will become impassable in one hour assuming continuous
	precipitation.

  Question#3:
	Can our three trucks be at the garage at the beginning of our 
	37 hour period (11pm) or do we need to wait until 11pm to call
	them in?

    Answer#3:
	You can mobilize your trucks at the beginning of the 37-h period
	and only the costs DURING the 37-h period count toward the total
	cost of your company's solution.
