R2:  Help, Happiness and Mindfulness

Mini-reflection A: You have given two articles to read.  Write about what you found interesting and what you learned from the articles.   Don't just copy parts of the articles but rather explain what you found interesting in your own words and then elaborate on why you found that so interesting.  About a page.  

Mini-reflection B: You have experimented with at least two meditations in your book, Peace is Every Step.  Write about your personal experience with these meditations.  it may be useful to consider why were you drawn to these particular chapters but do try to keep your writing on the experience you had with the ideas in the texts rather than your history leading to your choice.   Write about your experience even if you had no experience--even if after the readings nothing occurred to you.  What did you experience?  Again, about one page.

We will be discussing these two reflections in class so bring your writing with you.
