R6: Biofeedback Response Paper
Prior to this write up you will have had at least one half-hour session using a device that give you feedback on some aspect of your physiology.
Give yourself sufficient time from that session to be able to apply the training in your life. (So, minimum 24 hours.)
Write about the following:
What did you find interesting about the training (difficulties, sensations, ease of success, etc.)
What observations did you make about your physiology while you were in the process of training?
Where you aware of any changes immediately following and, if so, what were those changes and how long did the effects last?
How did you apply the training in some aspect of daily life? Describe the differences in your physiological, cognitive and behavioral responses due to the application of this technique.
**Note: This will be more difficult with the AVE training since, although your brainwaves may have been shaped, the effect is a lot less long-lasting and you were not likely aware of any choices you could make to enter that state willfully. Still, you may very well be aware of a state of mind that you can re-evoke.
