Daily Tropical Weather Briefings

Sample Briefing

Each student will present two (2) daily weather briefings throughout the semester.  These briefings will focus on the tropical Atlantic and Eastern Pacific basins, but students may choose to analyze other basins if there is interesting activity.  Briefings should last no longer than 10 minutes and include current observations and forecasts where appropriate.  Briefings will count 20% toward your final grade.  You may use the following links to get you started:
